Chris Bixler is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with 20 years of experience. He began his journey in the mortgage business through a summer internship while in college and has been involved in the industry ever since. In July 2013, Chris joined SMP after being informed about the company’s great culture by Allison Johnston, whom he had previously worked with at another firm. One of the things he appreciates about working at SMP is the family-oriented nature of the business, with a culture that fosters respect and support at all levels.

When Chris spends time with his family, he enjoys traveling to destinations like Mackinac Island and Florida. He also takes delight in watching his daughters play soccer. Chris values spending quality time with his family and being a sports enthusiast in his spare time. He particularly enjoys following Michigan Football and indulging in golfing as one of his hobbies.

Chris is married and has been happily so for 15 years. He and his spouse have two daughters named Kendall (14) and Quinn (8). While they do not mention having grandchildren, their focus remains on their daughters and the joy they bring to their lives.
