Crystal Fourne is a mortgage industry professional with over 20 years of experience. Her journey in the mortgage business began when her best friend, who was already in the industry, introduced her to the field. Intrigued by her friend’s enthusiasm and the opportunities available, Crystal decided to join the mortgage business, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Crystal joined SMP in November 2009, motivated by a desire for change from her previous employer. Meeting Vince and Owen, critical figures at SMP, played a significant role in her decision to join the company. She has been a part of the SMP team ever since and appreciates the unique culture that sets it apart from her previous experiences. Crystal believes working in an environment where the culture fosters positivity and enjoyment is essential, especially since most of us spend significant time at work.

When Crystal spends time with her family, she finds joy in hanging out with her husband and their four Labrador retrievers. The company of loved ones and the company of their loyal furry friends bring happiness and relaxation to her family life.
