Cyndi Rapai is a highly experienced professional in the mortgage industry with an impressive career spanning 37 years. Her journey in the mortgage business began at the National Bank of Detroit (NBD) while pursuing a social work degree. Initially taking a part-time job as a processor, Cyndi soon realized her passion for the mortgage industry and decided to drop out of college and pursue it full-time. Since then, she has built a successful career and gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Cyndi joined Success Mortgage Partners in November 2010, attracted by the company’s culture and the vision of Vince, Owen, and Kevin for the company’s future. She fell in love with the fast-paced environment at SMP and the caring nature of her colleagues, who consistently encourage personal growth and the pursuit of one’s best self.

When spending time with her family, Cyndi enjoys the serenity of their cottage by Lake Michigan, engaging in activities such as golfing and fishing. She enjoys reading non-fiction books in her spare time and finds solace in gardening, nurturing, and tending to plants. Additionally, Cyndi has a unique hobby of visiting dive bars in the Upper Peninsula (UP), where she can meet fascinating people.

On a personal note, Cyndi has been happily married to Steve for 28 years. They have two children named Ben (22) and Katie (20), who bring joy and fulfillment to their lives. With her extensive experience, dedication to personal growth, and passion for the mortgage industry, Cyndi continues to contribute to SMP’s success and vibrant culture.
